Starting at $150
Includes coordination with the correctional facility, document printing, one notarization, scanning, and travel within the standard service area. Additional notarizations and document delivery are available for an additional fee.

Includes one notarization and the required online platform session fee. Convenient, secure online notarization without the need to travel.

General Mobile Notary
All real estate signing fees include document printing, travel within the standard service area, and scanbacks, when requested. Additional travel outside the standard service area or additional request may incur additional fees, which will always be discussed prior to the appointment.

Professional mobile notarization for life's most important legal documents. Including trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, self-proving affidavits, deeds, and related estate planning documents.
Individual Estate Planning Appointment

Professional notarization for an individual estate planning need, such as power of attorney, healthcare directive, trust, or related document. Includes one signer and travel within the standard service area. Witness service, if required, is available for an additional fee.
Complete Estate Planning Appointment
$175
Designed for comprehensive estate plans involving multiple signers and/or multiple documents during the same appointment. Includes travel within the standard service area. Witness service, if required, is available for an additional fee.
Additional Services
I-9 Employment Verification

In-person verification of identity and employment authorization documents and completion of Form I-9 as an employer-designated authorized representative. Includes travel within the standard service area.
Witness Service
Starting at $35 per witness
Includes one impartial witness. Additional fees may apply for short-notice requests or long-distance travel.
Field Inspection & Verification
Starting at $75
Includes travel within the standard service area, document printing (up to 25 pages + $0.25/page thereafter), on-site verification or documentation, and scanbacks when required. Additional fees may apply based on travel distance, assignment scope and requirements.
Document Courier Service
Starting at $60
Secure pickup or delivery of documents within the standard service area. Includes printing (up to 25 pages +$0.25/page thereafter), scanning, and document handling supplies, when needed. Additional stops, extended wait times, rush service, or special handling may incur additional fees.
Extended Service Area Travel
$25
Applies to mobile appointments located outside the standard service area and within the extended service area. Locations beyond the extended service area may be available by custom quote.
Priority & After Hours Service
Starting at +$25
Applies to priority/rush appointments, late evenings, early mornings, holidays, or other appointments requiring special scheduling. Subject to availability.
Any additional fee will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to the appointment.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Before travel or service preparation begins: Payments may be refunded or applied toward a rescheduled appointment.
After travel or service preparation has begun: Fees for services performed and expenses already incurred- including travel, printing, parking, courier services, or other preparation costs are non-refundable.
Remote Online Notarization: Platform/session fees are non-refundable, If an online notarization cannot be completed, any applicable refund of notary service fees will be determined in accordance with this cancellation policy,
Unable to Complete Notarization: If a notarization cannot be completed, any applicable refund will be based on the services already performed and expenses incurred. Travel, printing, platform/session fees, parking, courier services, and other costs already incurred are non-refundable.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
Payment & Appointments
Direct-booked mobile appointments require payment of the applicable base appointment fee to confirm and reserve the appointment. Any additional charges incurred during the appointment are due upon the completion of service.
The base appointment fee covers the reserved appointment time, preparation, and applicable travel. Because these services are provided regardless of whether a notarization can ultimately be completed, the base appointment fee remains die if the notarization cannot be completed.
