Remote Online Notarizations are completed using BlueNotary, a secure, encrypted platform that allows us to meet by live video, verify your identity, electronically sign your documents, and complete your notarization from virtually anywhere.

Schedule Your Appointment
Choose a convenient time for your online notarization.

Upload Your Document Securely
Before your appointment, you'll securely upload your document through the BlueNotary platform.

Verify Your Identity
The platform uses credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication (KBA), when required, to help verify your identity before the appointment begins.

Meet with Your Notary by Live Video
At your scheduled appointment, we'll connect through a secure video session where I'll confirm your identity, answer any questions, and guide you through the notarization process.

Electronically Sign & Notarize
You'll electronically sign your document, and I'll complete the notarization using my electronic seal and digital certificate.

Receive Your Completed Documents
Once the notarization is complete, you'll receive your finalized notarized documents electronically.
Most Remote Online Notary appointments are completed in approximately 10–20 minutes, making it a fast, secure, and convenient alternative to meeting in person.
